Includes all listing features, plus a vendor table at the next preschool fair.

Registration for the November 2021 fair and the associated preschool directory—both of which will focus on the 2022–2023 school year—opens Sept. 1 and closes Oct. 22.

User account

New users

In order to add or manage a listing, you must first create a free, private user account for your location.

Please be sure to read the instructions at the top of the Register page.

Existing users & listings

If your location currently has a claimed listing published on our directory, you must log in to edit that content.

Users who log in once a year will need to reset your password. Click "Forgot password" to do so.

If you do not know which staff member's email is linked to the listing, send an email to "online support" via our Contact Us page.

Unclaimed listings

If you would like to claim a listing that is identified as "Unclaimed," do the following three steps:

First, create a new user account. Second, submit payment. Third, send us an email requesting a listing ownership transfer via our Contact Us page. Under the topic field, select “online support.”

Add or update listing

Add new listing

First, log into your user account (see the user accounts section above for login tips). Then, go to the Add listing page, and fill out the directory listing form.

Listings go live within 5–7 business days after payment has processed.

Our website follows the AP Stylebook. As such, listings are copyedited for consistency across our website.

Update existing listing

First, after logging into your user account (see the user accounts section above), go to your user profile page. Second, within your listing summary box, click the 3 dots (…) menu. Third, click Edit to update your directory listing information for the 2022–2023 school year.

How to submit payment

Registration isn’t complete until payment has been processed.

Expiration date and renewal process

All listings expire Sept. 30 each year. This expiration date accommodates users seeking late enrollment for the current school year.

Reminders to renew and update your listing will be emailed 1–2 months beforehand, so that preschools and organizations have time to update their listings by November, before the following school year’s admissions process begins.
